As we are only a small charity, volunteers are a vital part of everything we do. We work 200 km north of the capital Delhi in the regions of Hardiwar, Dheradun and Rhishikesh.

 All volunteers will need a valid passport and when travelling it is vital that you consult with your local G.P if you require any vaccinations. This list below should be used as a guide only; contact your G.P for the latest recommendations.

• Rabies

We want to uphold the safest environment for the children therefore we request all volunteers to have a police check (CRB) carried out.

All volunteers for Action with Effect must apply for a Volunteering Visa (Employment Visa) during their stay in India.
